POLICY: - Book acccordingly as lash time is between 1.5 - 3.5 hours - extra guests allowed, just let me know so im aware :) - Please use the restroom before appointment - Arrive to your appointment free of any eye makeup or contacts - I will NOT work on short, curly or damaged lashes save us both some time, service will be rejected! BOOKING: - ALL appointments must be booked through this booking site, NO exceptions - Provide a VALID email, phone number & credit/debit card, failure to do so will be banned from future appointments - If you do not see a date & time that works for you, reach out to me & ill be more than happy to work something out for you LATE / NO SHOW / CANCELLATION - Anything after the 15 minute grace period will result in a $15 fee - A 50% no show fee for any no-shows will be charged - A 20% same-day cancellation fee will be charged - A 24 hours notice is appreciated if you cannot make it or need to reschedule NO REFUNDS - Any problems with your lashes can be accommodated within 2 days of service only - If you are unhappy with your set, i am willing to either remove the lashes completely or modify your set to change what was not desired FORMS OF PAYMENT - Cash (Preferred) - TAP PAY - Zelle (214-713-4057) - Charge Card On File
